I received an emailed report from a witness in Oregon, who stated that he had observed a truck tire sized orb. The time of observation was approximately midnight, on or about August 27, 2011.

This happened August 27th 2011! It had a beachball size clearball also! It had this cherry red liquid in middle in tear drop shape in middle of ball!! It was surrounded by a magnidic field around it! The whole orb was size of a semi truck tire! It was spinning backwards while going forward! It was white on the outer rim and then mixed in with a blue green! It had a bunch of golden dust floating around the ball! It was moving pace fast walk! Was going over part of road where they tore up and put new cable in!! You see it sucking the power from them! It was making a chopping noise! It went spinning away 25ft away sat spun for sec , then went over iron plate manhole cover seem to arc and made same pop noise it did when showed up next to us!! Then it shot up hit powerpole then seem to arced again then gone! I am in Oregon!! I have been on radio many times! I also been interviewed by unsealed alien files! Also I am in UFO digest! I was interviewed for 2nd season of alien mysteries! They have been looking for more wittnesss of these orb encounters!! I have been hoping that there would be a encounter like we had! Theres not as close! But he could see the clearball also!! This has been VERY stressful and I am very alone on it! If you might be able pass message to the people who had encounter! I been on back burner on my encounter cause didn't think someone would have a similar sighting!

Report: i was asleep in my bedroom around 3 am , then i was woken up by a loud noise it sounded like a real heavy rain, like a storm, but there was no rain at all so i looked outside my window and there it was a big bright light, it looked just like a sparkler, like the ones you buy at the fireworks store, just very loud and bigger, after i looked at it for a few seconds, i got dressed and went outside to see what that was it did not take me but a minute to go outside and the object was gone, after that i went to sleep the next day i looked at the grass and it looked dead,i like to know if this is something anyone has encounter before,i seen a ufo before but nothing like this.
One of the best times to witness a UFO is during a Fourth of July celebration, and this year did not disappoint.

I was hoping that the object be just a helicopter or plane but the longer we examined what was in the sky the more clear it became that we could not explain what we were seeing. I filled my vehicle with fuel and headed to the hotel in which we were sleeping for the night which was about 5-8 miles from the gas station. As we approached the hotel we noticed the object again and this time we had time to stand outside the vehicle and try and get video footage with my iphone and ended up with a little over 3 minutes of footage of the object changing colors,elevation and direction within seconds. The object had strange patterns of flight path and colors and was extremly fast but could stop on a dime and remain stationary prior to redirecting and/or changing colors. AMAZING!!!

I was watching the orchestra perform and spotted them overhead. Since I have had 2 other UFO sightings, I immediately knew there were UFOs. The green orbs were moving very randomly everywhere until they disappeared. The blue and white flashing orb was flashing very rapidly and was not flashing in any sequence. Since I have seen UFOs before I was not frightened or disturbed in any way. I lost the green orbs as they departed west into the treetops. I lost the orb when it disappeared into the trees. Report: We were all sitting outside to watch fireworks because it was the 4th of July, and a friend and I were on a waterslide and saw this bright object. So we go and get out family and it was bright green flying North, then we pointed at it, and it started coming torwards us, and turned red. After a few seconds of watching it, the object turned neon blue, and split into 2 objects It only lasted for a few seconds before it returned into one big green and red object. My uncle syarted recording it but the video only came out as a tiny white ball thay gradually becomes larger as it flew over our house. Once over the house we ran to thw front door, and within 2 seconds it was very far. So everyone but a few people went inside and as we were talking about it, we started hearing a weird peircing noise that gradually became louder and started to sound like soundwaves. It would go in one ear and out the other and it made us just sit their for a few seconds before we jumped up to get the rest of the family. Once we all calmed down we went outiside at about 3 am. Nothing more happened, but it was a very weird inncident! Nobody of the people that experienced it really believed in aliens, but we are firm believers. now

Was very bright orange and pulsated bright red. Was circuler in shape. Report: Was watching Town Fireworks Display at approximately 9 PM and noticed this very bright object that was definitely not Fireworks related. It had a flight path and came in from the West and circled the area, then flew back toward the West and I observed it until it was out of sight. It was circular in shape, although not a perfect circle. It glowed a very bright Orange which pulsated to a very bright Red aura around it. I did not mention it to anyone else because I was afraid that they would think I saw Fireworks and was mistaken.
MUFON Case # 48686 Location: Exton, Pennsylvania Date of Sighting: 07/04/2013 Time of Sighting: 09:25 UTC Viewing Distance: 501 Feet - 1 Mile, Over 1 Mile Sighting Duration: 00:10:00 Object Features: None Object Flight Path: Hovering then path,Path with directional change Object Shape: Cylinder Weather Factors: Unknown Summary: Flaming red cigar shaped object Report: Walking outside to attempt to get fireworks photographs from a dark field near residence. Partner and I observed an object in the southwest that appeared to be a firework at first, but soon realized the object was hovering. There were active fireworks to the south and some small fireworks in the community area adjacent to the park. The object hung in the sky literally for a couple minutes, which ruled out the possibility that it was a rocket type firework. The object then moved almost directly above as it traveled very slowly to the northeast from our location. When the object came closer, it was apparent the object appeared to be on fire and had a cylinder type shape to it. The object then continued slowly to the northeast and according to my partner it took an abrupt 90 degree turn in the sky (which I did not observe) and it was gone. The initial spotting of the object was about 21:25 and the even lasted to about 21:35. Personal Observations: 1. I initial thought the object was a rocket/firework. 2. The object's bright red coloration was the first thing that we observed. 3. The object appeared completely out of place in the area. The height of the object appeared to be the same height as planes that are coming in from the west that travel east along the glide path for commercial aircraft that land in Philadelphia International Airport. 4. Lost sight of object as it traveled Northeast. In my opinion it was literally gone in a flash. 5. Gut reaction after realizing the object was not a firework was it's a UFO! 6. I have seen a number of commercial and private aircraft fly above, and none had a solid red color on them that appeared like flames. There were no navigational lights or landing lights.

MUFON Case # 48703 Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania Date of Sighting: 07/04/2013 Time of Sighting: 10:40 UTC Viewing Distance: Unknown Sighting Duration: Undisclosed Object Features: None Object Flight Path: Straight-line path Object Shape: Circle, Triangle Weather Factors: Unknown Summary: Multiple lights in string formation & also large triagnle of lights, 3 lights of triangle Report: 4th of July, Pittsburgh PA - downtown on "South Shore" for fireworks. After fireworks were complete we were leaving Station Square, a plaza of restaurants, shops and hotels on the waterfront and that's were the lights came into view. The lights appeared in the East, fireworks had been set off in the West. The lights were over the hills to the east/southeast. I observed a "string" of yellow/orange/red lights with a cluster of lights at one end. I pulled out my phone and told my family to look up. They also saw the lights. I stopped walking and took as many pictures with the camera in my phone as possible. I would walk a few feet and stop to take a picture, the lights appeared to be moving also. The string of lights appeared to descend behind the hills except a few as I walked and stopped. I could not continually watch the lights while I walked. The cluster disappeared and only a couple remained and seemed smaller than what I originally observed. There were thousands of people going to the same parking lot as we were but no one seemed to be observing what was going on in the sky. I kept telling my husband and kids to look up. The last observation I made was of a triangle shape of three lights. It was moving North in line behind a couple of the smaller circular lights. I stood still while the triangle passed overhead. The three lights moved as if attached to a structure, slow moving, silent. The lights moved at the same time, together. I told my husband to look up again and I said " that looks like those lights are attached to some type of craft but I could not see any body of a craft, just dark between the lights. No stars were visible, Pittsburgh and surrounding areas had been under cloud cover for at least seven days. No rain, no lightning at time of observation. MUFON Case # 48722 Location: Lansing, Michigan Date of Sighting: 07/04/2013 Time of Sighting: 10:30 UTC Viewing Distance: Over One Mile Sighting Duration: Undisclosed Object Features: Unknown Object Flight Path: Path with directional change Object Shape: Sphere Weather Factors: Unknown Summary: multiple objects in the sky,..several of us seen this event for more than 15 minutes Report: me and my mother were watching fireworks display so our eyes where already on the sky...i was on ground level..my mother was on 3rd floor balcony overhead from me..i noticed a red ball in the sky off to my right...which was northeast direction,i yelled up to my mother on the balcony"do you see that?".she replied "i see it" i knew right away what this was because this was the 3rd year in a row i have witnessed this happen..after watching 1 red light for a few minutes hovering in one spot..a second and third red light caught my attention.(looking to the northwestish)..they were moving in a striaght line just above the treetops...once they got directly north from our position they simple dissappeared..a few seconds later they appeared again to the northwest..but this time there were 5 objects..they repeated the same movement process several times while everytime this action was repeated the formation gained an object..when the fireworks stopped the lights faded completly not to be seen again...i have seen this same exact event happen 3 years in a row...i will have video set up next year.

Certain was not a firework Report: I was watching a firework show. When it ended I went to call my dad and then i realized that everyone was looking up at the sky. I turned to look and I saw it. At first I thought it was a firework ember that was still lit. But it wasn't falling like one would. It was descending but very slowly. Then I was afraid it was some kind of meteor or comet that was heading towards us and I drove forward thinking I would get out of the way of it. Then I realized it wasn't far away like I originally thought. It was very close. Possibly a few feet above the building we were next to. It was very bright and orange. It floated towards the building and then disappeared behind it. When we drove around the building to try and see it... it was gone.

MUFON Case # 46681 Date: March 21, 2013 Location: West Palm Beach, Florida Summary: Bright white light followed by the loudest boom/bang Ive ever heard in the distance to the south. A mystery boom.
Report: Outside at four in the morning and smoking a cigarette, I saw a bright white light in the direction I was looking (south) followed by a chest shaking bang or boom... Almost like the worlds loudest gunshot times much more. Called the police over it and was informed that it was likely a transformer though their computers showed no outages. I looked into this type of event and found that it falls under the category of mystery boom. The closest event I can direct people to thats similar to what I saw is a video from surveillance taken in Salem, Massachusetts, albeit I was much further away... the video seems to be very close to the boom. I was several miles but it was very loud and the sound took no time to get to me. I didnt see any reports about this in the area, but Ive seen many across the country and feel it should be considered ufo phenomenon. Add West Palm Beach, Florida to the list of places that have experienced a boom. At the time of this posting, more odd events occurred with well known friends in the area. Though this was worth reporting.

Hi Sunny,
At 5:20 am, on the morning of Sunday, February 24th, I witnessed a UFO that appeared to be a satellite at first. I was observing a white light traveling East to West, when it slowly changed into a red light and became engulfed in flames. I saw white hot, red and orange embers flying off of this glowing red object. As though it were a fireball meteor (Bolide).
The UFO made a hard, sharp turn to the South and slowly returned to the original dull white light. Then approx. three seconds later, a massive bright Pink light flared up from the object, and I had to block the blinding light from my eyes. The object began to speed up, leaving a pink trail in the sky.
Five seconds later, another bright flash of light and a colored streak in the sky. This time it was a brilliant red and the UFO was picking up speed. Still heading due South and flying very high up in altitude.
Twelve seconds later, a bright flash of purple light and a matching colored streak.
The final flash of light and streak, was a beautiful Sapphire Blue and very low on the horizon. At about 25 seconds after the purple flash.
By this time the UFO appeared to be traveling at the same speed, at which it made entry into our atmosphere. Definitely under intelligent control, appearing to follow a purposeful flight. I could also hear a faint thruster sound in the sky, many seconds after the first three flashes of light. The final blue flash and streak was evidently too far away for me to hear.
I heard on the radio, that several witnesses called in to report seeing brilliant colored streaks of light in the East Texas skies. Around 2:30 AM, Wednesday the 27th. I believe they saw the same ship. Not some Chinese rocket falling back to Earth, as reported by NORAD and NASA.
I was completely blown away by this two minute event and stood there for several minutes, collecting bugs with my mouth! This spaceship was absolutely amazing and acted like it was picking up satellites, or something like that. Flew with complete impunity and acted like it had done this before.
This object was spotted directly above my house in Granbury.
* No, the Russians did not shoot down a UFO, despite some claims. Unfortunately for residents of Chelyabinsk, Russia, it was nothing more than a huge rock from space; a meteor/bolide which it happened to fall to earth only hours before asteroid 2012 DA14 made it's 17,200 mile pass (closer than many satellites)!
At the time of this posting, approximately 1200 people have been injured, in and around Chelyabinsk, mostly by flying glass. Many people may have been injured after having been knocked off their feet by the blast from the fireball.
According to the trajectory of the Chelyabinsk bolide, it had nothing to do with asteroid 1012 DA14... and it wasn't a UFO. -SW

A meteor streaked across the sky and exploded over Russia's Ural Mountains with the power of an atomic bomb Friday, its sonic blasts shattering countless windows and injuring about 1,100 people.
The spectacle deeply frightened many Russians, with some elderly women declaring that the world was coming to an end. Many of the injured were cut by flying glass as they flocked to windows, curious about what had produced such a blinding flash of light.
The meteor -- estimated to be about 10 tons and 49 feet wide -- entered the Earth's atmosphere at a hypersonic speed of at least 33,000 mph and shattered into pieces about 18-32 miles above the ground, the Russian Academy of Sciences said in a statement. But even small asteroids pack a tremendous punch, explained Andrew Cheng of the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory.
"It doesn’t take a very large object. A 10-meter size object already packs the same energy as a nuclear bomb," Cheng, who led a 2000-2001 mission for NASA to orbit and land on an asteroid, told FoxNews.com.
Amateur video showed an object speeding across the sky about 9:20 a.m. local time, just after sunrise, leaving a thick white contrail and an intense flash.
"There was panic. People had no idea what was happening," said Sergey Hametov, a resident of Chelyabinsk, a city of 1 million about 930 miles east of Moscow.
"We saw a big burst of light, then went outside to see what it was and we heard a really loud, thundering sound," he told The Associated Press by telephone.
The meteor hit less than a day before Asteroid 2012 DA14 is to make the closest recorded pass of an asteroid to the Earth for a rock of its size -- about 17,150 miles. But the European Space Agency said its experts had determined there was no connection -- just cosmic coincidence.
The meteor released several kilotons of energy above the region, the Russian science academy said. According to NASA, it was about 15 meters or 49 feet wide before it hit the atmosphere, about one-third the size of the passing asteroid.
Some meteorite fragments fell in a reservoir outside the town of Chebarkul. The crash left a 26-foot-wide crater in the ice.
The shock wave blew in more than 1 million square feet of glass, according to city officials, who said 3,000 buildings in the city were damaged. At one zinc factory, part of the roof collapsed.
The Interior Ministry said about 1,100 people sought medical care after the shock wave and 48 of them were hospitalized. Most of the injuries were caused by flying glass, officials said.
There was no immediate word on any deaths or anyone struck by space fragments.
NASA statement on Russia meteor: "According to NASA scientists, the trajectory of the Russia meteor was significantly different than the trajectory of the asteroid 2012 DA14, making it a completely unrelated object. Information is still being collected about the Russia meteor and analysis is preliminary at this point. In videos of the meteor, it is seen to pass from left to right in front of the rising sun, which means it was traveling from north to south. Asteroid DA14's trajectory is in the opposite direction, from south to north."

New information provided by a worldwide network of sensors has allowed scientists to refine their estimates for the size of the object that entered that atmosphere and disintegrated in the skies over Chelyabinsk, Russia, at 7:20:26 p.m. PST, or 10:20:26 p.m. EST on Feb. 14 (3:20:26 UTC on Feb. 15).
The estimated size of the object, prior to entering Earth's atmosphere, has been revised upward from 49 feet (15 meters) to 55 feet (17 meters), and its estimated mass has increased from 7,000 to 10,000 tons. Also, the estimate for energy released during the event has increased by 30 kilotons to nearly 500 kilotons of energy released. These new estimates were generated using new data that had been collected by five additional infrasound stations located around the world – the first recording of the event being in Alaska, over 6,500 kilometers away from Chelyabinsk. The infrasound data indicates that the event, from atmospheric entry to the meteor's airborne disintegration took 32.5 seconds. The calculations using the infrasound data were performed by Peter Brown at the University of Western Ontario, Canada.
"We would expect an event of this magnitude to occur once every 100 years on average," said Paul Chodas of NASA's Near-Earth Object Program Office at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, Calif. "When you have a fireball of this size we would expect a large number of meteorites to reach the surface and in this case there were probably some large ones."
The trajectory of the Russia meteor was significantly different than the trajectory of the asteroid 2012 DA14, which hours later made its flyby of Earth, making it a completely unrelated object. Preliminary information indicates that a meteor in Chelyabinsk, Russia, is not related to asteroid 2012 DA14, which is flying by Earth safely today.
The Russia meteor is the largest reported since 1908, when a meteor hit Tunguska, Siberia. The meteor entered the atmosphere at about 40,000 mph (18 kilometers per second). The impact time was 7:20:26 p.m. PST, or 10:20:26 p.m. EST on Feb. 14 (3:20:26 UTC on Feb. 15), and the energy released by the impact was in the hundreds of kilotons.
Based on the duration of the event, it was a very shallow entry. It was larger than the meteor over Indonesia on Oct. 8, 2009. Measurements are still coming in, and a more precise measure of the energy may be available later. The size of the object before hitting the atmosphere was about 49 feet (15 meters) and had a mass of about 7,000 tons.
The meteor, which was about one-third the diameter of asteroid 2012 DA14, was brighter than the sun. Its trail was visible for about 30 seconds, so it was a grazing impact through the atmosphere.
It is important to note that this estimate is preliminary, and may be revised as more data is obtained.
Los Fresnos, Texas residents reported strange lights and noises to MUFON.

MUFON Case # 45618 Los Fresnos, Texas 02-06-2013 Summary: Ligths & Noise Outside Homes
Report: At approx 22:45 on Feb 6th 2013 a rumbling/grumble/vibrating & fluctuating ball of light appeared outside my second floor north facing bedroom window startling my wife and I for approx. 10-20 seconds. As I moved downstairs my children were heading upstairs reporting the same thing outside their south facing individual bedroom windows on the first floor. We immediately went outside and saw numerous neighbors emerging from their residences searching for something. Our homes electricity faltered, although power remained on numerous homes the entire length of our street had lost complete power. After speaking with some neighbors they reported the same experience that happened at our home, one neighbor was outside and reported the lights hovering in the of and then shot straight up. Police patrols were immediately apparent and it appeared they were searching for something, at times racing down the roads back and forth. Power company vehicles showed up later and at approx. 12:30 am the other residents homes were returned to power. Our new (Dec 2012) in-ground pool lite was burnt out by the incident and the cable TV, internet and telephone all stopped working. This morning 2/7/13 the power company trucks began working on the power lines behind my home and the cable guy just showed up to fix the issue. The police patrols reported to the residents on the block that they could not explain the incident nor the fact that most of the homes along the block all reported similar lights & noises outside their windows at the same time. The power lines only run behind my house and my immediate neighbor to the west neither of us lost power just the other homes on the same street. The 4 adult members of my family experienced this same event on different floor of the home with the windows facing different directions. There were numerous other neighbors who also experienced this event.

Report: Between 6:45-6:50 am on 12/7/12 I saw a huge flash of white light that seemed to be at ground level as I was driving to work. It was big enough that I instinctively hit my brakes thinking something was coming at me. Once the car was stopped I looked all around me and did not see the source of the light or any activity in the area that could have been the cause. I then looked to the sky and still saw nothing except for a pretty sunrise. My car window was all the way down and there was no sound to go with the light. I started driving again and continued to look for the source in the immediate area and found none. I then thought it might have come from one of the refineries along 225 and looked there once I got to the freeway. Again, I saw no sign of what could have caused the light. I promptly forgot about the situation until a few hours later when a friend posted an article about it on Facebook. On that thread another person and I started talking about how we both saw the light at the same time. She also thought it was at ground level and not from the sky. The posted article stated that "experts" were claiming the flash came from a meteor. The other person that was posting that she saw it was almost 40 miles away from me in Richmond, TX (near Cinco Ranch, TX she said) when she saw the same flash of light.

A witness saw and recorded a bright flash of light, Southeast Houston Area.
I originally posted about an unusual sighting in Round Rock, Texas, which occurred on October 27, 2012. Since then, I have been receiving emails about the same, or similar sightings.
What these fireballs are, or their purpose (if any), I can't yet determine but I am investigating it.

My wife and I both witnessed this from Taylor. We also were seeing one change direction. Originally they were all headed north west from our perspective then the one farthest to the south change to a southerly direction.
I noted them when trying to describe the difference between a chem-trail and a con-trail.
I thought the moved in a uniform speed almost in a staggered sort of formation like jets with a wingman flying to the right rear of the lead but there were 3 for sure that we saw. The third was moving as if a wing man of the second. The last one is the one that changed directions. This is why it struck us the strange way it did.
They had an unusually short trail (comets not likely) \ tail (jets too short for a con trail in my opinion) depending on what it was. They were on the west side of that big chem trail we were both looking at.
I have a recent and extensive background in targeting for air and artillery delivered kinetic effects. I was a forward observer for the field artillery in the US Army so I know what artillery, mortars, and missiles look like in and have been trained on and actually controlled USAF aircraft to drop ordinance on targets from fast and slow moving planes. This did not appear to be either from my training.

Hello, my boyfriend and I spotted 2 very similar ones today as we were walking to our car in our apartment complex. But it wasn't just that! The day before we saw one come straight down in the same side of town and suddenly after watching it for a few minutes it vanished. About a week before that, we saw an exact replica of the light in the sky with the same tail right over us (and again in the exact same side of Houston) in the night sky!
It was around 4:30 central time and on the Spring Branch area in Houston. They actually fell for about 15 minutes, until it looked like the smaller light hit the bigger one and somehow managed to get it to fall straight down. After getting Into our car and trying to keep it in sight, it was a little bit before 5pm that we lost sight of it.

A friend and I were standing outside this morning at 7:40, Thursday, November 1st and saw three lights northeast of Forney, Texas. They actually looking like a plane trail but heading down instead of up or sideways.
I came on here and saw the pictures and that is exactly what we saw but they were headed more vertical and going downwards. I had my cell but could not get them to show on any pictures but it was a very interesting sight to see.
I received an email from a witness who took photos of objects in the skies over Round Rock, Texas, on October 27, 2012. Are they jets, or something else?

Hi,
I was wondering if you have any info on air traffic or space debris that could be seen from Round Rock last night around 7pm. We were in Round Rock west at the Deep Wood Elementary Harvest Hoedown last night and saw something strange in the north and west sky. My daughter called me from the playground and invited me to come watch the meteor shower with her. I looked up and saw what I though was a plane far off in the west sky. It had a bright trail and wasn't moving at an expected speed, honestly it reminded me of a comet. I knew it wasn't and was suspicious of there being a meteor shower due to the fact that I keep a close eye on weather reports and had not seen any mention of any such events. I looked around for shooting stars and saw nothing. My eyes went back to where the plane was and it and it's tail were gone. I thought nothing of it and met up with my daughter. I asked her where she saw the meteors and she said they were above the school but were gone. She said she had seen several and then showed me some pictures on her phone she had snapped. That's when I realizes that these were not typical shooting stars. I'm guessing it was jets from an air show or military practice but I can't find any reports that support my theory. I'd like to know what this was. Thanks for the help,

I was awakened by a food service oil truck (recovering used fryer oil from nearby Jack In Box) and got up to have a smoke. As the truck was leaving I was looking to make sure of what kind of truck it was. I was a little upset because it was 3:45 AM and I had been sleeping well and wanted to know for sure what had caused the sound. As I was watching the truck move from West to East, lights from what I assumed to be an airplane caught my attention. The craft was moving North/Northwest and was within a quarter mile of me. It was almost directly overhead; perhaps 5 - 10 degrees to the East and almost 90 degrees above at first sight. I estimate the height of the craft to be below 1000 ft. There was absolutely no sound and it moved as if gliding. Steady lights (rosy/red) at the tips of the craft and random red lights blinking across the body of the craft between the two constant lights. It seemed that the center part of the craft may have been a window; possible occupants visible. Speed was reasonably slow, perhaps 50 - 100 MPH? I watched it for about a minute and a half until it was obscured by nearby trees/buildings. As stated above, my first reaction was airplane. But, then I noticed that there was no tail section, that it was just a cylinder with lights on both ends and =perhaps= a window through the center with lights blinking (not flashing if the distinction makes sense?) and I may have seen the movement of an occupant. It just made me shake my head in a sort of disbelief as I realized I was seeing something that I absolutely can not identify as a normaly viewed aircraft. Summary: Saw orange & yellow light disappear when in flight path of plane

I was standing on my backyard deck smoking a cigarette when I noticed a very bright star that was pulsating, then I realized it was actually moving North to South. When I first saw it, I thought perhaps it was a plane, but the lights just didn't look right, the color was off. I then noticed that there was a plane (very recognizable) moving south to north directly at the object. I was concerned because I thought maybe they would hit each other as they were both pretty well lined up, but as the plane got closer, that is when the object dulled then I couldn't see it anymore. I was then thinking ok, not an airplane, maybe a really bright satelitte? I then went inside the house to tell my husband what I saw, then I went right back outside and notice that there was a very round and transluent object that appeared to me about the size of a nickel or so at about a 60 or 70 degree angle, at this point, I am asking my husband... not quite calmly to come outside and look because I thought maybe I was seeing things. He came outside and he also saw it moving from the north to the south going directly over our heads. It looked very much like a jellyfish. It at this point had a pale white light emminating from it, It was very round. It went behind the trees, and my husband ran through the house out the front door to see if he could see it anymore, I went inside to see if I could find my phone so that I could take video. I found my phone, headed out the front door and saw my husband standing in the road, he said he couldn't see it anymore. My husband said that he saw it from the front of the house when it changed shape to more of a crescent, like it morphed and headed east. He said he thought he saw it turn red as it did this, and that he thought he saw 6 pale white lights around it, but not like they were attached to the outside, more like they were just a part of it. It moved like a living thing. He said he was thinking to himself "did I just see what I think I just saw?" Once it changed direction and headed east, it went past the trees in the neighbors yard and he could no longer see it, he said he wasn't sure if it was decending, or it just looked like it was since it was moving, as it was deceptive. We discussed this for a while after we saw it, and were trying to decide what we had seen, we thought of balloons and parachutes, ultralights, but nothing we have ever seen before, compares to what we saw last night. I do have to say that my husband thought it was more like the size of a pea, whereas I thought it was more like a nickle, I would more likely trust his judgement, because I think I might have been more excited about it than he was. He tends to keep his cool better than I do in highly excitable circumstances.

Summary: Ascended from Skinner's Butte treeline, looked like giant burning paper bag, flew over my apt., giant panel was visible when over me.
Sighting Details:
I live in Eugene, Oregon at the base of Skinner's Butte. I was taking my laundry from the laundry room to my apartment, so I was heading north. I was looking at the top of the butte because it is a spectacular sight; ancient trees from the Sequoioidae family (same as the redwood). Then, I see something that looks like a giant paper bag on fire ascending above the treeline. I'm not sure if the UFO was landed because the trees are covering my view of the top, but it was definitely ascending. It start heading directly towards me, making me think that someone was playing a really intricate, cruel prank and trying to catch my apartment complex on fire. But then, it never descended, it continued over my apartment complex. It flew almost directly over my head, but not quite, if I'm facing north, it was a bit east of me, but still flying directly south. As it flew directly over me, I realized that the flame was an EXHAUST changing with the wind and that there was also a large rectangular ship trying to blend in with the nights sky. The ship was changing it's colors from dark blues to black. It was trying to imitate a chameleon, but I'm not sure why the ship was fine with such a noticeable exhaust. The ship was also pretty slow moving, I cannot relay the speed exactly, but it seemed to me like it was moving around 5 mph. Another thing I am unsure about is the size of the rectangle/ship and how high above me it was. I know for sure that it was not high in the sky at all, my guess would be from 250-300 ft high in the sky. Also, I believe the rectangular ship to be about 40 ft long and around 15 ft wide. There was also a WOM WOM WOM WOM sound that I heard, however I am unsure of whether or not that was coming from the UFO, so I have been leaving that out when I tell family/friends about it. After it was around 100 ft away from me (heading south),I had two friends inside so I dropped all my clean laundry on the parking lot and sprinted to get them. By the time they got outside it was around 150 ft away, but it was still pretty magnificent because we all were lucky enough to watch it fly away. The UFO headed south across all of Eugene, so I am a bit confused why there was no news articles on it. I always tried to tell myself that the evidence was there for UFO's because of video's, articles, TV shows, accounts from two separate people whom I know very well, and people in the world who dedicated their LIFE to investigating them. However, there was something in my heart that doubted them still and I couldn't shake it for whatever reason. I researched military drones today (the day after) because I know that they are able to camouflage themselves well. I have learned that this was definitely not a drone or anything man has made. I also considered the possibility that the government has many very impressive weapons and ships up their sleeves that they are keeping secret, but I don't understand why a secret ship would be in Eugene, Oregon and why it would be flying so slow. Everyone that reads this, I SAW A UFO!!!! PS I'm sorry I don't have any video to show everyone, I'm just not the type of girl to take my cell phone to the laundry room.

About 10:30 pm I went outside to smoke looked, to the north east, up at what I thought was a bright star, a little brighter than jupiter was last spring, all of the sudden it move sharpley to the left (north) in a downward motion quickly then it slowly moved to the south then the veiw was blocked by a tree. I text my daughter about it! Next night about the same time went out to smoke and saw same object to the west, they are pretty high in the horizon. Wasn't sure it was the same until it moved, called my grandchildren out and we whatched it slowly move to the south east then stoped and suddenly got brighter and shot up into space and as it did so it turned to an orange ball just before it vanished, we saw a fast moving jet shortly after headed towards the exit spot. There was no objects blocking our line of sight, it makes absolutely no noise and I live by an airport and know very well the sound and looks of planes at night. Two nights later I went out again about the same time just in time to see it to the north get brighter and shoot into space. when it shoots into space it moves at a rapid rate of speed it only takes a split second, when it travels across the sky it's slow and almost as if it's floating and does change speeds, but always maintains the bright star like apperance, it is able to change directions suddenly, not sure of the distance away but it's up there. A week later I found out that some one I know that live a few miles away has seen the same object with her twin sister, she had told me the story before I told her what I saw. Have not seen it since that last week in August

My wife and I were walking around the Pearl District looking for a place to get some dessert. As we got to a four way intersection I looked up and seen this single red/orange light traveling somewhat slowly coming from the 405 bridge heading in a SE direction. I pointed it out to my wife because it wasn't blinking at all and had no noise. We both thought I was a helicopter because it looked like it was low and slow. Two more lights of the same kind and size were came into view following the same path and they were traveling closer together than in relation to the first one. We listened for sound thinking they were helicopters. No sounds at all. As the two flew over our heads they never changed dslistance from each other and travelled at the same rate of speed. A fourth came into view and was further behind about the same distance the first one was to the second two. As these three were now very close we started to hear a helicopter so we thought that the notice was coming from these lights but then we seen the helicopter was over 405 bridge and was 5 or so times bigger than these lights and it was a typical helicopter with flashing lights etc. The middle two lights past over head by now and would have been behind buildings but at the rate of speed they were going the fourth one should still have been in view. We looked back up after noticing the helicopter and the lights were gone. We went down a block to be a longer view between the buildings but all the lights were gone. It could have been nothing. My wife thinks it was r/c planes but there was no noise and how boring would flying r/c planes in a straight line be? Just a very weird sighting.

Very strange they appear out of no where traveling the opposite direction.

Report:
August 11, there was a meteor shower. We started watching around 11:40 pm. My husband and I have been watching, going in and out of the house. Throughout the evening we have been seeing the airplanes from far and close. The meteors, which were shooting in all different directions: Some were very high and dim, some were close and you could see the trail just after them! One would shoot off the southeast and about 5 minutes later one would shoot off straight to the north.
About 1:15 am or so we started back outside for a bit. As I was preparing my chair to sit down (we had been watching the northeast sky, way from the city lights) I was facing south and looked to the east and I see an Orange Glow, keep in mind we had been watching the meteor shower all evening! I told my hubby to take a look; I grabbed my phone and started recording it! I recorded the Orange Glow for about 25 seconds as it crossed the sky. It had to be flying just above the Hwy 175 heading northwest towards Dallas. Just as I turned off the camera on my phone, I noticed another Orange Glow just behind it! I started recording again. Just behind that Orange Glow, this time there were two more flying side by side, with yet, another behind that one. Totaling 5 altogether! While I was taking video, my hubby was shooting pictures from the iphone 3GS. The same type device I was recording the video.
After the event, we were discussing our opinions. There was not a sound, no trail behind them, and they were flying perfectly together. I would assume around the same speed as a slow plane. Almost like they were following something up the highway! I have the pictures and the video! On the video, the night was so dark you cannot even see the houses or trees in the frame. Nor can you see the color! However, in the pictures my husband took you can see the color! I figure if they had been meteors they would not have flown in such a formation, there would have been a trail behind them, and I don’t think they would have been flying so slowly!
My husband says, “We see and hear the planes and helicopters fly by all the time. No sound, no blinking lights, just orange lights floating through the sky. ”

It was pretty late at night and my sister and I had decided to go down to the gas station to get some smokes. I live in the country, not very often any visible lights other than porch lights are seen out here. On August 9,2012 there was no moon at all...which was awesome I thought because of some personal issues my sister was having at the time. As I walked her down our steps she had looked up to the east and asked what was that light? I looked quickly and told her must be a new radio tower light, or cell phone tower light. She said no it wasnt...but I had blown her off to get in and start the car. She got in my car and I had backed out our curved driveway trying carefully not to hit the kids' basketball goal. I put the car into Drive and flipped on my headlights, without thinking when my sister screamed! I slammed on the brakes and noticed that the orange light was directly in front of me. I quickly shut off my car, turned off my headlights and JUMPED OUT to see what kind of helicopter was flying soooo low. But it was not a helicopter. As I am staring up in the sky, the orange light had turned into a blue and white flashing light that was making its path down my long driveway. I thought for sure this thing was going to circle my car when it suddenly stopped NOT MAKING A SOUND. That is when I felt mesmerized. I wanted to sit down instantly. I noticed the colors, Green first, then yellow, and finally blue. I felt drawn to the blue and noticed it sort of tick like a second hand on a clock in a circular movement. I screamed at my sister "did you see that?" but at the same time she screamed at me "DID YOU SEE THAT?"....I do NOT remember what happened after that...I don't know how I got back into the car, I don't know where it went, or how it flew off. I remember being back into the car...Hooping and Hollering together with my sister...we were completely overcome by adrenaline. We went into the store after discussing we wouldn't say anything inside of the store. We were in there for about 10 minutes talking to the fellow in the store talking about his conspiracy theories when we got our smokes and pops and got back in to drive home. We are only about 1 and 1/2 mile away from the store, but on the way home, we had decided to NOT tell my husband because he would NEVER believe us at all. My sister was staring out her side of the window, and me with my eyes on the road, when she gasped out" OH>>>MY>>>GOD>>>YOLANDA...THERE IT IS AGAIN!!! She grabbed the wheel and I sneaked a peak to see EXACTLY what we had seen before only this time the side view! I grabbed my phone and called my husband to meet us outside. I had barely pulled into my long driveway when I noticed my husband had come outside. I screamed for him to look to the WEST behind our house and when he did, HE SAW the show of his life!! We ALL witnessed 4 light orbs flying towards each other in an AWESOME collision path, only one would move up, the other would go left or right.....awww....it was indescribable. My kids started coming out and I got to show them this awesome making of history meanwhile my husband had grabbed binoculars and was watching a certain grouping of lights that had a large star beam type of light. What he explained he saw was a cluster of orbs with Blue and White neon type of lights. He described them as "cloud like" and "see through" and from the bottom was were the BRIGHT RAY of light was coming from. We ALL watched in aww as the small orbs disappeared past our view and the larger cloud like UFO moved with a sequenced white, blue, white, blue, white, moved across the horizon before finally disappearing into the night. Not 2 seconds later, we could hear helicopters and airplanes before we could see them. What was strange is that it seemed that they were trying to "mock" what we saw. The lighting, they way the airplanes were flipping upside down to show a bright beam that seemed to disappear....but the difference was THERE WAS NO SOUND with the others. You could VERY PLAINLY hear them coming from a mile away, especially, in the dark, quiet country in which we live. One thing I falied to point out in telling my story here, is the way in which the lights shined. With tower lights, it looks like a "ray"...the lights on these UFO's were "neon" looking. You could see darkness where there was no light, and the part that was lit up, did not "ray" out. It was VERY prominent lighting that comforted you. Whatever it was...my family...my WHOLE family, including children witnessed something that VERY FEW FOLKS will ever see. And for this, I am Thankful to tell my story!!
Many residents around Arizona have reported seeing a "glowing object" fly across the night sky Wednesday.
ABC15 is working to confirm what it really was. We started getting reports of the possible meteor around 7:45 p.m.
Our multimedia journalist Brien McElhatten captured two photos when he saw a glowing orange light before an object started streaking across the sky.
One photo shows how the glowing light looked in Chandler. The other image was taken as McElhatten kept the shutter open to show the object streaking across the sky.
"It had a big old tail, and it was so bright. I couldn't believe what I was witnessing," Valley resident Holly Pickard told ABC15.
Law enforcement in the Valley also saw the object.
"We received four calls (total) regarding the light in the sky," a Phoenix Police spokesman told ABC15. "Our air unit, myself, and other officers also observed it as well. We all made our wishes and went back to work."
A spokesman with the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office said their aviation unit did confirm seeing the meteor over Deer Valley Airport, but there hasn't been any reports of an impact site.
Sharon Roesch wrote, "It was huge and incredible- we were driving and too much in shock."
Althea Keegan wrote, "It had a green tail and burned out just as I had my camera ready to snap a picture."
The ABC15 newsroom confirmed that there have been similar reports in San Diego, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas.

In a sign that mainstream media is beginning to pay serious attention to the unidentified flying object phenomenon, local Arizona TV news affiliate ABC15 did a two-minute news segment on the fireball which was reportedly streaking across the sky as the newscast aired live.
Witness photographs and videos were shown on-screen, and this one, showing an irregular flight path of the object, was broadcast.
The news team speculated over what the object could be, even calling it a UFO at one point. A camera crew was sent out to the field to catch video of the object and they were successful.
Whatever it was, it certainly got plenty of attention. It seems that everyone around the world, believers or not, are beginning to take this issue more seriously.
Two solid white lights moving faster then anything I've seen before.
I was sitting on the outside of my patio (which faces south) with my best friend watching for satellites like I do most nights. Between 7:50 and 8:30pm. I saw 9 satellites (a personal best) 2 headed North, 5 headed South, 2 headed Southeast and 2 Shooting Stars. (I was facing East with my head laying on the back of my chair.) At 8:50 I saw 2 bright lights coming from the Southwest going overhead Northeast so fast that by the time I jumped out of my chair ,(pointing at them with both hands so my friend might see them.) walked about three steps the lights were out of sight. My friend did not see them. The lights were to the side of each other with the left one passing the right one. The left one slowed down really fast and the right one passed a little bit. Then the left one started going faster enough to pass the right one by a short distance and maintained the same speed slightly ahead of the right one. Both lights were solid white with no glow around then and more then four times the size of Mars with the naked eye. They were moving so fast I didn't even have time to grab my cell phone and when my friend jumped up to look they were out of sight that fast. Wow....
A streaking flash of blue light, what many witnesses are calling a UFO, burst over the midnight skies of South Carolina early on Monday morning. What was it? No one really knows, but the object, caught on tape, has astronomers trying to allay fears in a nervous public.
The unidentified flying object was caught on a home security cam, reflected in the window of a parked car, and a nighttime sky camera which showed the UFO blasting through the sky trailed by a flashing tail.
Local astronomers were immediately consulted and tried to allay public fears by saying the OVNI was probably a comet or meteorite, even though such celestial phenomenon are usually well-known and expected by the time an object of this size burns up in the atmosphere.
Still, one local resident, interviewed by the local FOX affiliate in the video below, admits she was scared and wondered for just a moment if it was "aliens" attacking.
Local Astronomer Suspects It May Have Been A Meteor
GREENVILLE, S.C. -- The National Weather Service and emergency dispatchers from across the Upstate say they got numerous calls overnight from people who heard a loud explosion that was followed by lights streaking across the sky.NWS staffers said they got a call from Greenville police around 2 a.m. They said after they started getting calls, they checked the security camera at the National Weather Service and saw a faint, barely recognizable flash of light at 1:42 a.m.
A NWS representative told News 4 it may have been a meteor, but that his agency does not investigate these events.NASA would be the source to confirm meteor activity. The agency has not yet returned a call to News 4.In Spartanburg County alone, dispatchers took about 75 calls, and reports are coming in from as far away as Lexington, N.C. and Carrollton, Ga.Firefighters with the Reidville fire department in Spartanburg County witnessed the light show first hand. They told News 4 it happened at about 1:55 a.m..Retired astronomer Doug Gegen did not see the light in the sky, but he said based on what he is hearing from everybody, it sounds like it was an unusual meteor."People saw a lot of lights in the sky, but what does that mean really? Well, it means that probably there was some kind of thing happening that was out of the ordinary," said Gegen.Gegen said the event was different than annual meteor showers such as the Leonids, which peak every November.
SPARTANBURG, S.C. — Chuck Jones awoke when he felt his house shake early Monday. The sound of a boom followed a tremor that shook his house around 1:30 a.m.
Jones, who works at Putnam Distributors in Patterson Springs, assumed the noise came from workers at a nearby rock quarry.
Jones said his brother called him around noon Monday. Quarry workers weren’t responsible for the tremors that rocked Jones’ home.
A meteor, which some experts say exploded, possibly did.
“I’ve watched meteors before on the science channel, but not here in South Carolina,” Jones mentioned.
Scientific experts are saying a meteor exploded above upstate South Carolina, causing the loud boom. Multiple media outlets reported residents seeing a bright flash of blue-white light at the same time. Locals took to Facebook, recounting the loud boom and describing the bright light.
No known injuries or damage had been reported as of Monday afternoon.
“I didn’t see the light,” Jones said. “But the boom sounded like the crack of thunder.”
Phone calls to scientists and astronomical groups Monday weren’t returned in time for this story.
Jones admits he was shocked when his brother told him about the meteor explosion.
“I’ve watched meteors before on the science channel, but not here in South Carolina,” he said. “I’ve lived in Blacksburg for 54 years.”
