A Hum And Strange Occurrences In Kansas City

I received this report from a witness today.  He reports a humming sound and strange happenings in Kansas City, Kansas.

"Hey so my friend and I have both heard the hum in the Kansas city Kansas area and it also included strange lights. This has also occurred only once thus far. Here is my friends story- I was about to go to sleep when I noticed a monotonous noise coming from outside and then later there were police sirens that were repeatedly crossing the road. There were also these strange flashing lights and a military cargo bob earlier that day.

And here's mine-

I was in my bed, at 2:00 in the morning. I'm laying in bed trying to go to sleep because I was on my laptop and it ran out of battery. And at exactly 2:14 AM, a hum starts. It would last for half a second, then pause for a quarter of a second. It repeated, and got faster and faster. After a little while, it would start over. Full of fear, I decided to get out of bed and look out the window. I see nothing, besides what should be out there. Until I look up. I see two stars in the sky. One actually is a star, and the other looks like one. Except for the flashing blue, red, and green lights. I grab my glasses, to get a clearer look, and I was not wrong. I climb back into my bed, and hope that this is a dream, but it feels too real. My cat wakes up and starts acting REALLY weird. She kept trying to get under my arm, as if I could protect her. After about a minute, the scariest thing in my life happened. A bright blue light shines from outside. I was only able to see it due to the window
on the front of my house and my bedroom door being left open. I sit in bed, petrified in fear, until I gain the courage to check it out. I grab my crossbow from my drawer and I walk through the second floor. I don't enter any of the rooms, because I was too scared to. I put my crossbow down, in a different part of my room, and get into bed. After about fifteen minutes, I hear footsteps. They go into the bathroom and I hear it lift up the seat on the toilet. After that, I hear it pee into it. It's sound really messed up, but it's true. I don't know what to do. I never hear the footsteps leave the bathroom. Throughout all this time, I hear the Hum. After that, I fall asleep. When I wake up, I check to see where the crossbow is. It is where I left it after I checked the second floor. I then checked the toilet. There is urine.  I tell my friends, but none believe me, except for one.


Please, if you can help me, do it. Me and my friend are both scared. If you need to get this story out, do it. Just do whatever you can to stop the Hum. It needs to be recognized by the world. Thank you."

Is it possible that the underground "SubTropolis" could be the source of the hum that is being heard?  But what about the lights and someone, or something entering this person's home?

Star-like UFO Observed Near Crosby, Texas - 02/15/2013

I received an email from a gentleman in Crosby, Texas.  He was requesting assistance in filing a report.

I sent him questions to answer, which he complied, then he contacted me by phone. 

This report is a compilation of both written and oral reports.

Location of Sighting: Crosby, Texas

Date and time of the sighting: 01/15/2013 at Approx. 3:30 AM

How long did the sighting last?: Approx. 10 min.

What you were doing at the time the sighting occurred?: we were awakened by our dog barking at it and running back and forth in our driveway.

What direction was the object(s) first sighted?: Approx 20% north/nw of our back door, faces north

What was the direction of object(s) flight?:  it was stationary

In what direction was the object(s) headed when it/they disappeared? N/A

How far was the object was from you?: I could not determine the distance, maybe 1 mile.

How high above the ground (AGL) did the object(s) appeared to be?:  200' above the ground

Did the object(s) appear to be the size of (a) a star; (b) a pea;  (c) a marble;  (d) a golf ball;  (e) a softball;  (f) a basketball;  (g) a beach ball:  Unknown

Actual size of object:  Did the Object(s) appear to be the size of (a) a basketball;  (b) a car;  (c) a small plane;  (d) a commercial jet;  (e) the moon;
Looked like a star, white in the center, with colored lights on the points. Looked like a small plane, it was absolutely stationary.

What size (feet or miles), color and shape did the object(s) appear to be:  Unknown

Did the objects have any lights (as in beacon or navigation) and describe appearance and activity of the lights.:  Witness described a white central core with revolving points like that of a 5-pointed star.

Was the flight straight-line, or did the object change directions, hover, descend, ascend, etc.: N/A

What color were the lights (if any). Include intensity, how many, etc.:  The lights on the points were red, blue and green, very bright (at least 5)

How many witnesses and whether they are willing to report the sighting: my wife and i watched it, she went into our house to get a camera, and when she came out it had vanished.

Investigator's notes: I spoke on the phone with this very credible witness.  He stated that the center of the object was white but that it appeared to have points of colored lights about it,  that gave it a 5 pointed star effect.  It was stationary during the entire duration of observation.  His wife went into the house to retrieve the camera but when she returned, the object had disappeared.

After the object disappeared, the dog (which had been extremely agitated), stopped barking and calmed down.

Apparently, weather was not a factor.  The witness claims the skies were clear.  He created a grid using tree branches to determine if the object moved.  It did not.

Although there were a number of bright stars visible in the N/NW, we discussed that possibility but the witness firmly stated that the object was too large to be a star or planet.

Although the object appeared to be only a mile away at the most, no sound was heard.  He stated to me that he is sure it was not a conventional aircraft.

The witness is a trained observer with many years experience.  He is also a licensed pilot.  To protect the witness' identity, I can't reveal any more information.

A personal account: Humming Sound and Being Immobilized

November 2, 2009, near Breckenridge, Texas.
Time:  05:52
Duration:  Less than 10 minutes

I got up from bed and went to the bathroom. When I came back to bed, the clock on the nightstand read 5:52 a.m.

As soon as I got in bed, my dog started barking and crying. Suddenly the dog stopped and the cell phone by the bed was "activated",  then the clock radio near the cell phone started making a throbbing static noise, somewhat like a short burst of Morse code.  That finally stopped and then I began to hear a deep rumbling, "thrumming" sound.  At first it was very faint but grew louder and louder as it passed very slowly, directly over the house. 

The sound was much like the hydro electric generators at the powerhouse, where my spouse had worked for 20 years before retiring.  The only difference was that this humming sound was more subdued and I could feel it, as well as hear it.

There were no lights involved.  I don't recall seeing anything but I "envisioned" a dark, triangular-shaped craft moving slowly over my house.

I felt a pressure in my chest, like I was being pushed down into the bed and it actually felt like I was being scanned.  I wasn't paralyzed, my arms were free to move but I just couldn't get up.  I tried.  I also flung my arms, striking my husband's arm several times.

The object passed on over, I was released, the sound faded and I laid there knowing that I had just received a "passing visit".

My spouse said he was awake but all he remembers is the dog barking, also the cell phone and the radio making noise.  He never moved, though I desperately tried to rouse him, hitting his arm with mine and asking him, "Can you hear that?  Listen!  I can't move!  Wake up!"  I called his name to no avail.  As far as I could tell, he was unconscious.

As the humming sound receded, becoming more faint and indistinct, I immediately fell back to sleep.

I've experienced this at night, on two other occasions.  It has never occurred during sunlit hours.

I'd like to note, that the very next year a contact called me one evening, saying that a triangle UFO was seen being escorted by military helicopters, headed in my direction  from south to north.  I watched but never saw, nor heard this "aerial convoy".

Was it of extraterrestrial origin, or is it something that our military is using, hiding in 'plain sight'?

Witness Reports Odd Behavior In Dogs, Flash Of Light, Disc UFO And Missing Time

Lithia Springs, Georgia- A police investigator reports that on May 15, 1995,  he and his dad noticed neighborhood dogs behaving oddly. 

Then father and son were knocked unconscious by a blinding flash of light, followed by seeing a disc-shaped UFO as it disappeared into a cloud.

They both soon realize they have experienced a lapse in Time.

On the night of the sighting, it was cool and nice outside. My step-mom was sitting in as bay window, with windows and blinds open, on our house watching TV in her and my dads room. My step-sister was sitting in the living room with the windows and the blinds open, both step-mom and step-sister letting the night air in. Both parties sitting next to open windows were on the same side of the sighting.

My father and I were located in my bedroom and were playing a video game. My blinds and window was also open due to the nice night. the air was cool and the skies were partly cloudy. As my dad and I were playing the game, we were disturbed by lots of neighborhood dogs barking and gathering in the street. The dogs were congregating near a light post located approximately 75 to 100 feet from my bedroom window and directly in front of the house. We paused the game and began watching the dogs. After a few minutes, my dad left the room and went to his room to retrieve a pair of binoculars to get a closer look at the dogs. I had a pair in my room and I retrieved mine as well. When my dad returned to my room, we turned the TV off to darken the room and began trying to focus on the pack of dogs.

The part of the whole ordeal seemed strange because some of the neighborhood dogs that were gathered would normaly not get along. We began to focus in on the dogs. We noticed the dogs were barking while looking up into the sky. We talked about why they might be behaving like this for a few moments then began to look towards the sky, to the right of the house, when all of the sudden a bright light from up above burst in through the window causing my father and I to fall backwards onto the floor.  Prior to the light, my dad and I were on our knees looking out the window. When we came to and regained our sight. We were laying on the floor next to each other. Now we both understand that our binoculars would have magnified the light, but I know the light was bright to begin with. I looked back out the window and caught a glimpse of a craft in the air that appeared to slowly floating away. The craft floated behind a cloud or into some type of fog and disappeared for good.

When we regained our composure, we went into the living room and said "did you see that" to my step sister. She stated "what are y'all talking about". We stated "the dogs and the bright light". She stated "no" and went back to watching TV. We left the living room and went to my dads room where my step-mother had been sitting in the bay window watching TV.  We asked her the same questions and she stated she had heard the dogs earlier but had not observed any type of flash or light.

My dad and I looked out the bay window real fast and realized that the dogs were gone. My dad and I went outside of the residence and walked to the neighbors house. The neighbor was outside working in and around his garage. We asked him if he had observed anything and he stated no. He did state that his dog had ran off earlier, but the dog had returned sometime earlier. After investigating the situation for sometime, my dad and I concluded that all the dogs that we had observed were back at their homes and that people had observed the dogs acting funny but had not observed the light.

The part of the incident that still puzzles my dad and I is the fact that what seemed to take a few seconds, like looking at the dogs, seeing the light and coming to on the floor had apparently taking some time because everyone stated they had observed and heard the dogs earlier but not recently when asked. We thought that the flash happened and a few seconds later we were up and asking about the incident. We don't remember the, as people stated "some time" went. The dogs had been home for "some time", we heard the dogs "earlier", we observed the dogs "earlier".  There is time missing and neither my dad or I remember what happened during the missing time.

P.S. I am an investigator at a local police department and this has puzzled my to this day.
