Orb Over Virginia Football Stadium

Report:
My wife and I were at the new football staduim at James Madison University watching the game. It was the beginning of the third quarter, and there was no longer any sunlight in the staduim, but the setting sun was still shining above the horizon. My wife, looking up overhead, said "What's that" I observed a brilliant spherical object which appeared to be 1 cm to the naked eye traveled from south to north (right to left). When I noticed it, it was about 30 degrees right of reaching its closest point overhead. The object was totally silent, and left no visible trail such as smoke, debris or exhaust. There was no aura or any type of visible distortion of the light surrounding the object. From my 8 years experience as a Navy F-14 pilot with 1700 hours, I would estimate that the object was at an altitude of approximately 1000 feet above the ground, at an estimated speed of 600 - 700 knots, and would have an actual diameter of 10 to 15 feet. As the object was traveling away, it was observed to slightly vary its course from left to right and back, rather than follow a ballistic trajectory. This made it seem to me to be in to be in controlled flight. I was observing this very slight "sidewinder" motion as if looking from the rear of the object, rather than the underside, due to its relatively low altitude (i.e. If it were a jet I would have been looking up the tailpipe.) In about 5 seconds it passed out of sight beyond the top of the north side of the football stadium. I thought immediately that it was a controlled flying object which was neither civilian nor military. My wife was in awe and said "What WAS that?" I was quite elated, and said "That was a UFO!". I do not know if any of the other 25,000 people at the game saw this object, but I am quite sure that someone else must have seen it. If you draw a N -S line on a map or photo over JMU's football field, you will have the part of the trajectory which we observed. Report:
Outside at 9:00 pm I was outside thinking of putting Christmas lights up when I had the feeling to look up.Three disks in a triangle pattern flew over low to the ground,The had a orange glow to them.Shortly after 2 jets went by at the same height and looked military.Then 5 disks flew over and made a pattern.They were higher than the others.That's when 5 white orbs appeared and their was a disk with flashing lights on either side of the orbs evenly which could have made it one ship then 2 disks moved to the left each higher and evenly distanced and also went from glowing and when stopped flashing blue and white.My wife had joined me after yelling for her and seen the formation after they stopped.After about 3 minutes I ran for my camera and returned and they were gone.

Strange Flash of Lights and Sound

Report:
While sitting in my yard stargazing looking SW towards the Gulf around 8:30pm. I was waiting and hoping for some meteor activity. I have noticed a lot (4 in a week) of shooting stars lately between sunset and 10pm.
It was a beautiful clear evening. I was looking at the same pulsing blue star that I have enjoyed for years when all of a sudden I saw a dim white glow about 15D SW of the blue star. I immediately switched my focus on that glow that gradually got brighter and brighter all while staying stationary. The glow got larger and brighter and then it flashed a brilliant white light that made me see spots as you would get from a camera flash at a short distance.
After the flash it dimmed and got smaller and then at amazing speed it either headed south or plunged down. My depth perception was affected by the flash, I had to rub my eyes to get full focus back.
I can only describe it as a lighthouse because of the way it faded in, flashed then faded out before it moved and disappeared. I have never seen a aircraft move as fast as this light did.
Being the skeptic that I am, I immediately tried to debunk what I just witnessed. I have ruled out every feasible possibility. My first thought was that it was a spotlight from a helicopter but the rate of speed ruled that out. Then I thought it could be a meteor, but since it did not move for 10-15 seconds and then move at such a fast rate of speed ruled that out as well. My other thoughts of what it was just seem to irrational to admit to.
It has been a week since the sighting and I have been watching the same area with nothing new to report. It was one of the few things that I can not explain.

Report:
Was laying in bed early on the morning of november 28th,2011. Heard a sound that sounded like the power in my house going out but was louder and didnt affect my power at all. Felt a weird electricity in the air but it slowly went away. About 20-30 minutes later heard the same electronic wave of a noise, then saw a huge blue light explode in the sky out of my window. Happened 3 times then was not seen again.

Report:
I was driving my daughter to work at 6:50 am on 11/29/11. My daughter (19 years old) and I (54 years old) were initially drawn to lights in the sky. The lights were strange because they were exceptionally bright and looked different than normal aircraft lights. It appeared to be a bright light with smaller lights below it, I thought I could see a very small tail, like an aircraft, but the entire shape looked more round, however I could not clearly make out the shape, only the lights were very clear. Of course, I initially thought it was an aircraft just playing tricks with my eyes, but it then started rapidly moving in a horizontal direction and stop, then rapidly in a vertical direction and then stop. I don?t believe, nor have I ever believed in UFO?s, but I was completely baffled, (and a little freaked out) so I turned my vehicle in a way I could keep watching this object. It moved 6-8 times in these incredibly quick vertical/horizontal movements covering a distance that no aircraft could cover and then seem to stop in an instant. Both my daughter and I witnessed this. I eventually had to go by a very large building and when I came out from the building I could not find the object again. All I can say is that I can?t explain what I saw but it is something I won?t soon forget. Brian

Report:
I was sitting outside my patio as i usually do and gazing up into the stars. I see many planes pass by every night although last night was a different story. As one small white star like object caught my eye, I followed it in what I thought was going to be a typical straight path into the distance.. It turned. I stood up in a cold sweat as I noticed it had 3 "friends". I put it like this because these 4 objects were.. playing. I watched at what appeared to be over a mile away from me as these star like objects zipped through the sky at very high speeds. There were no clouds in the sky for some sort of laser to be reflecting on to it and these things roamed so far as to go directly above my home. I nearly went straight through my glass sliding door trying to get my video camera. I taped these events for around 2 hours, as they would not let up. The footage is so dark you can't even see anything. At exactly 11:50, opposite the events i was watching, the brightest meteor i have ever seen illuminated then fizzled out in to sparks. That put the shakes on me. I don't how i removed my self from the patio, but something inside of me told me to get inside. As I was picking up my scattered camera equipment at 12:30, the strange lights were still there roaming the sky. Some one please tell me these were birds in the moon light or something. I have been studying and looking at ufo footage for years and I have never seen objects move like this before in my life. They darted so fast that they seemed to blur, it was very strange. This sighting was over Montgomery County in Texas. If i enhance this video to see what i was seeing, MUFON will be the first to know.

Recent UFO Sightings over Austin and San Antonio- Nov. 28-29, 2010

Triangle Over Ft. Bragg, Austin, Texas

Summary: Triangle shaped object above Fort Brag

I was heading northbound on 183 hwy after leaving the airport. I noticed a dark triangle shaped craft moving very slowly over the army base area about 45 degrees up and to the left side of my vehicle, moving southward towards the airport.   It almost flew right above me so I pulled the van over to the side of the road and stopped the car just to get a better view of it.

It had a light on each angle and two more lights toward the middle of the bottom. I watched it fly congruent to a jetliner as it was passing it by. The jet wasn't very close to this object but this triangle object was very low to the ground. There were no apparent landing gear, it was just kinda cautiously approaching the airport. It disappeared to the south after about 3 minutes...Since, it passed over the army base really low it gave me the impression that this was an experimental government aircraft.

This triangle was a little bigger than a 747 wingspan wise. This is the best description I can give. This is genuine. I don't have any photos because it was too dark and my cell phone takes lousy pics. The attached pic is kinda what it looked like to me, just that the craft I saw was gunshot metal color.

Lights over San Antonio

Report:
I was sitting on my back porch after having supper when I noticed a light moving from the west to the east. It was about as bright as the stars I could see and it's movement was what caught my eye. This was about 6:30pm. It was traveling about the speed that a satellite would travel as seen from the ground. I watched it for about 15 seconds before it disappeared behind a tree to the east of me.

About five minutes later, as I was again scanning the sky, I saw another light flare up above a tree in my front yard, due south of my position. I didn't see the light until it flared on but I determined that it was moving from the southwest to the northeast. This time the light flared on for about two seconds then dimmed out for about two seconds then came back on. It did this three times before dimming out for good. I kept watching in the direction it was moving but didn't see it again.

About five minutes after this another light flared on in about the same location as the one before this but this time it was traveling south to north. This one stayed lit for about five seconds before dimming out and disappearing. I again tracked it's course but didn't see it again.

About five minutes later another light flared on what seemed to the west of my house. This time it was moving from the north to the south. The light stayed lit for about six to seven seconds and as it traveled south it seemed to zigzag slightly then it dimmed out and disappeared. I, again, scanned the direction it traveled and didn't see it again. This whole episode has me excited.

Report:
Watching from patio, looking at moon, no real reason..just havin a smoke on my patio.  Looking South and UP.

Object high, 4 red lights two ad back as if on ends of a tringle, two near front/center of a triagle shape.
Observed other planes in the area at same time, all with white lights, red lights, strobes, normal airplane config.

Some very near and low, some far away and high...all normal with strobes...

What I saw had zero strobes at all...none. I watched it pass eastward, and lost sight, went out front door, to get a better view of eastern sky, lost it....should have been able to pick it back up, but gone.

I'M A TRUCK DRIVER IN NORTH DALLAS TEXAS AREA FOR THE MOST PART.I WAS DOIN A NIGNT RUN FROM MESQUITE TO COPPELL TEXAS AND BACK ALL NIGHT.I WAS 2 HOURS INTO MY SHIFT EAST BOUND ON I-635 BACK TO MESQIUTE.JUST ENTERED GARLAND IN MEDIUM HEAVY TRAFFIC AT 22O5 HUORS{10:05 PM} I SEE SOME BLUE AND RED LIGHTS ABOUT MAYBE AS FAR AS A MILE TO A MILE AND A HALF AWAY,THEIR COMIN DOWN RITE OVER THE FREEWAY UP AHEAD AND LEVELING OFF JUST ABOVE TRAFFIC AND HEADING WEST TOWARD ME. I'M THINKING WHAT THE HECK,THATS IN THE AIR AND THEIR RED AND BLUE AND LOOKS LIKE THEIR FOLLOWING EACH OTHER IN FORMATION LIKE THREE OR FOUR MILITARY HELICOPTERS BUT THESE LIGHT ARE SOLID AND NOT FLASHING AND RED AND BLUE, NO GREEN, RED AND WHITE.THE BLUE LIGHT'S ARE ON MY LEFT AND RED ON THE RIGHT.TRAVELING IN WHAT APPEARES TO BE IN PAIRS OF BLUE AND RED LIKE ONE UNIT WITH TWO LIGHT'S EACH,THREE OR FOUR SEPARATE VEHICLE OR AIRCRAFT.EACH PAIR WAS CLOSER TO EACH OTHER THAN THE SPACE BETWEEN EACH PAIR. ALL WITH PERFECT EAQUAL SPACING AMONG THEM SELVES.THEY KEEP COMING MY WAY JUST FOLLOWING THE INTERSTATE LIKE A ROADMAP MOVING PRETY DAM QUICK.THESE LIGHT ARE HUGGING THE FREEWAY AND ALL THESE OTHER PEOPLE ON THE ROAD GOTTA BE SEEING THIS TOO. THEY KEPT COMEING AND FLEW RITE OVER ME,I LOOKED UP AND OUT MY WIND SHIELD AS THEY PASSED DIRECTLY OVER ME.THERE WAS A LOT OF CITY ROADWAY LIGHTING AND I COULD NOT SEE ANY ACTUAL CRAFT,JUST LIGHT'S,RED AND BLUE SOLID ,NO FLASHING AND FAIRLY LARGE.LIKE VOLCKSWAGON BEETLE SIZE, NO HELICOPTER ROTOR NOISE.NO JET ENGINE NOISE.JUST THESE COOL LOOKING, BRILIANTLY RICH, RED AND BLUE LIGHT'S.THEY HAD TO BE ON SOME KIND OF CRAFT BUT I COULDN'T MAKE OUT ANY SILOWETTE OR ANYTHING. THEY JUST ZIPPED RITE ON BY AND THEY CRUISED OFF DOWN THE ROAD IN BETWEEN AT LEAST THREE AIRPORT RAIDAR SYSTEMS IN THE AREA THAT I KNOW OF. ADDISON AIRPORT,LOVE FIELD/DALLAS AND DFW.SOME ONE HAD TO SEE THIS BESIDES ME.THEY WERE PRETY DARN LOW THOUGH SO MAYBE THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP ON RAIDAR.I DON'T KNOW HOW TO FIND OUT.THE BALL IS IN YOUR COURT NOW MUFON.THIS WAS TO MUCH TO EVER HOPE FOR IN MY LIFE TIME. WOW!!!!!!

Hello
I live in Arlington Texas off of Arkansas lane and 360 . I live on the third floor of my apartments so viewing the night sky is great. Ive notice unexplained lights in the sky many times since September and
last night was one of those nights .

The lights Ive seen have always been very bright orange in color and sometimes pulsating white ,red or blue and I know what airplanes look like at night these are not
airplanes. Usually I will see one or two in the sky at the same time but last night there were at least  20 or more and they were not the usual ones I see these looked like tiny stars way off in the distance.

At first I didn't pay them any mind until I focused my attention on what I thought to be a star but stars don't  disappeared and then reappeared and there were no clouds in the sky last night. Sometimes
your eyes can play tricks on you but since Ive seen this type of phenomenon I feel like I'm very lucky to see this from time to time.

It was funny it seemed that every time I focused just on one of them it would  zip either to the right , left and straight up and felt like they knew I was looking at it . I know planes don't go from left to
right or vise versa for 20 minutes straight and neither do stars.

This always happens in the same area of the sky towards I-30 but really far off in the distance and up high. You would think Id invest in a camera by now but I figure that  there has to be someone else in
this city seeing the same thing and recording it. Who knows I might get one anyway.

One thing is for certain I don't need television at night this is so entertaining and freaky at the same time.

I will be watching again tonight!!!!

Reported UFO Sightings from Virginia and West Virginia

UFO Sighting: 11/14/10
At approximately 1750 hours (10 minutes to 6 PM EST) tonight, November 11th, I witnessed a UFO approaching my home just south of Chester, Virginia. It was coming from the direction of Richmond (north of Chester). When it was above me it, it turned to the southeast and headed towards the direction of Hopewell. Had it continued without changing direction it would have continued to parallel I - 95. At an arms distance, it was approximately one third to one fourth the size of a dime but was an extremely bright white. I used my cell phone to call my wife to come witness the UFO with me since I was standing beside our mailbox by the road and she was inside our home. She did. It was silent and brighter than any stars. I called my brother, Kevin, who lives in Hopewell to tell him about our witnessing the bright craft. To my surprise, he and some of his neighbors also witnessed the UFO. He said he travelled over the Petersburg Federal reformatory and over Hopewell.
I wonder how many others witnessed this UFO?

I live in Keyser WV and I and others saw an intense blue/white light pass over Keyser - Sat. Nov. 11 at 8:30 pm. The rate of speed was incredible and the intensity of the light was the most pure light I have ever seen. It moved from east to west - estimated speed based on the time the event elapsed and distance covered would have to be in excess of 9000 mph. I thought I had imagined it until tonight but after listening to a woman tell about her son seeing it - at bible study - well it sure was an affirmation.

I viewed for approx. 5 sec. It did not change coarse when I viewed it. It covered a distance of about 5 miles in the time that I viewed it. It flew just above another man (the one I had mentioned) and disappeared from his view in a blink of an eye. The light was very intense blue/white and shimmered (very beautiful) it was approx. 5000 ft, from my estimation and about a half mile from where I stood. Pretty much flew directly over Keyser heading west maybe a little northwest.

Note: An object traversing 5 miles in 5 seconds is traveling at 3600 mph (1 m/s= 3600 mph), approximately Mach 4.75.  Measured at sea level, Mach 1 is approximately 761 miles per hour.

If the object observed actually traversed 5 miles in 5 seconds, it was traveling at or near Mach 5.

Fast Walkers and a bright flash of light reported in the skies over North Central Texas

I received this emailed report from a friend and colleague, about UFO activity he observed on the evening of October 18, 2010, in Aledo, Texas.


Hello Sunny,

Just wanted to report some UFOs...
While working at my Mother's in Aledo last night, I saw three interesting fast walkers, and one..."I don't know what!"

I spent a thirty minute break outside, star gazing...and I saw the first fast walker heading due north. The light looked to be nothing more than a satellite or ISS. But, it slowly turned bright orange and eventually a bright red. Possibly ten times the magnitude of Jupiter, and three times it's size in relation to other stars and planets.

Then, it started wobbling and looked like it was going to spiral or tumble out of control. But, it was able to steady it's course and turned back into a small white light and disappeared over the horizon. The second one did almost exactly like the first one, only not as bright and about 5 minutes later.

O.K..... about ten minutes later (all of this was around 9:00 pm...Oct 18) I saw a very bright streak that lasted only about one second, and it traversed, nearly the entire sky, from south to north. Looked exactly like a shooting star, only brighter and had a wider tail than normal.  But the real kicker is this.... The thin cloud bank was at about 35,000 feet and you could clearly see the planes from DFW flying a few thousand feet below the clouds.

This streak was below the clouds, at about the same altitude as the airliners from DFW. Thank God there was no flights traversing it's path at the time!  This thing shot a hole through the clouds in the South, as it came into view...and punched through the clouds to the north.

The reason I say this... I saw the light from this object illuminate the bottom of the clouds, and there was a streak on the clouds, that still glowed slightly, after it passed overhead.  Plus, you could see the clouds spinning in a circle to the south and north, where this thing came through. There was absolutely no sound associated with this event, and that really played tricks on my mind. Because, with that much disturbance to the atmosphere and physically leaving holes in the clouds, as it passed overhead at around 35,000 mph! There should have been some type of audible turbulence.  

While I was still in awe of what I witnessed, I saw another fast walker come from the north, heading due south. But, this one slowly altered course as it was moving directly overhead, until it was traveling exactly due east. I know this, because, I always keep a compass handy.

I don't know of anything we have in orbit (besides the space plane), that can make a short sweeping 90 degree turn while traveling more than 14,000 mph.

The Aledo property is Fast Walker Heaven, and I can't wait to start getting some IR footage of these things.

Note:  I wrote Roi back and told him that while I was outside with my dogs, I saw a bright flash of light in the clouds.  It illuminated the clouds, yet when I waited for the crack and rumble of thunder that follows a lightning flash, there was none.

I'm not sure of the exact time but it was fairly close to the time of his sighting.  I am less than 100 miles WSW of Roi's location.

Moments before the flash of light I had heard a jet flying overhead, East to West.  I couldn't see the jet, as it was above the clouds. 

Less than 2 minutes after the plane was well to my West, I happened to be looking straight up at the clouds overhead.  That is when the bright flash occurred.  It lasted just long enough for me to register it, then I waited for the thunder to immediately follow.  It never came and I was quite puzzled about this until Roi emailed me with his report.
