Jellyfish-like UFO Over Dallas, TX - 9/15/2012

I received an email from a witness in Dallas, Texas, who saw something strange in the sky.

Good Afternoon-

My name is [name redacted]. I'm not really sure if what I saw was a UFO. Ive searched for days now to see if there were any other sightings in Dallas,TX the night of September 15, 2012. It was about 10:45-10:50 pm. I expected to see a news report or something on tv talking about what we saw. It was pretty big. But nothing. I read a lot about sightings and honestly, im not even sure if what i saw fits the description. I am a religious person, and I'm not sure if what i saw was alien or super natural. There were about 10 of us that saw this. I wanted to know if you could give me any suggestions on trying to see if there were other reports in my area.

After replying and asking for a detailed description of what they saw, the witness replied:

Thanks for the quick response.  I was inside a mechanic garage when the others first spotted it outside. A little boy about the age of 5 started pointing up to the sky and asked his dad to look at.  When he did this, everyone that was standing outside looked up and saw a very bright "thing" in the sky.  They said that it came over the top of the garage and it was huge.  It was very low and looked like it was going to land on the ground.  They said it appeared to be very bright on the bottom and around the sides and at first appeared to pulsate going from small to large.  At one point it looked like it was flapping wings-but not in the shape of wings.  Someone yelled for me to come outside and look at this and when i got to front of the garage (where the door was pulled up)I looked up into the sky and I saw something that looked like a jellyfish without the tentacles.  It freely flowed in the sky in a shapeless form (very large). It then formed a circle and ascended up.  It did not have the typical movement described by others as a UFO...it appeared to move slowly (like a jellyfish) upward; but faster than an airplane.  It ascended up in the shape of a circle.  You could see the circle form until it disappeared. 

It frightened some people there. I think because when it first appeared over the top of the one story building, it was extremely large.  For some reason, I wasn't afraid. I was convinced it was something not natural to our world.  I felt it was more of a spiritual nature.  Once I started looking online to see if there were any other sightings, I found that some have reported seeing UFO that look like jellyfish.  I asked if there could have been something chemical that created what we saw. The fact that everyone said that at one point it appeared to flap like wings made me dismiss this theory. 

I saw a meteor streak back in February 2012.  It was widely reported here in Dallas. I was walking my dog and it flew right above my me in the sky.  It moved very quickly.  Whatever it was that we saw did not move fast like that.  It almost seem to float.  Anything you can do to help is greatly appreciated.

Last week, without producing a single culprit, Physics World journal explained away crop circles as elaborate hoaxes using magnetrons, GPS and laser technology. Within days, De Void received a DVD documentary called “What on Earth? Inside the Crop Circle Mystery” by California filmmaker Suzanne Taylor, and it was officially released on Tuesday.

De Void tends to avoid the crop circle thing because it’s as unrewarding as UFOs and may well be part of the same thing. Excuse me, miss? My head hasn’t exploded in several months — can I order some chocolate cherry bombs off the menu, please? But Taylor has been at it for nearly 20 years now, and when something drops in your lap, doesn’t cost money, and doesn’t require any reading or effort to ingest, hey, as an American, I’m all in.

Taylor doesn’t present any definitive answers, either, but her slant skews toward non-human intelligence. Which is fine, unless you’re one of these people who thinks tangential associations can be problematic. Among the eclectic mix of folks receiving “Special Thanks” at the end credits, for instance, is conspiracy-addled  “exopolitician” Alfred Webre. No reason to linger here, you can Google the guy and drawn your own conclusions.

"ASCII code was drawn in Crop Circle at Poirino, Italy on June 20, 2011:
A new crop picture which appeared near Poirino, Italy on June 20, 2011 shows at its centre a large seven-pointed star, which clearly resembles another star
like crop picture from Lane End Down in southern England during July of 2005.
That 2005 crop picture predicted the outburst of comet 17P Holmes two years
later in October of 2007. Could another cometary outburst be imminent?

Even more interestingly, a series of seven rays along the outside of that new crop picture at Poirino are written in eight-bit ASCII code, and seem to identify the crop artist as "Ea" or "Enki" who was a tall blond extra-terrestrial god in ancient Sumeria. According to ancient legends, he and Innanna created modern humans by hybridizing sperm from the male gods with eggs taken from local aboriginals, already living on Earth tens of thousands of years ago.
The precise ASCII code which was drawn at Poirino goes as follows, reading clockwise around its large seven-pointed star:

That amazing crop picture also shows a series of "stars" around its seven edges, but it is not clear whether those symbols represent astronomical images around an exploding comet (as for Lane End Down 2005), or rather some clever mathematical code? Counting each set of "stars" individually, we seem to see "5.334444″.
Last summer in 2010 at Poirino, the precise number of "stars" in a similar crop picture specified the famous equation E = mc2 in decimal ASCII code."

Note:  I must say that there does appear to be some type of coded message in many of these crop circles.

I am reminded that we humans use "billboards" to post messages, for the observant passerby.  Could these crop circles be "alien billboards?"

I'd also like to know how humans could create such intricate works of art, in pitch darkness.  Can all these "hoaxers" afford night vision equipment, just for the sole purpose of trampling a farmer's field and fooling everyone?

I could probably create such intricate designs on my computer but you aren't going to find me out in the dead of night, boarding some farmer's wheat field. 

There are no "do-overs", no way to erase mistakes and though I am usually sure-footed, I'd be falling flat of my face more times than I would care to.   Did I mention that many farmers have guns?

I might also mention that buckshot is rather painful.  So is birdshot.  I know, because a dimwitted (or maybe just dim-sighted) dove hunter once shot me in the back.  I was riding my motorcycle on the highway that was adjacent to the field he was hunting in.   It stings like a ....  -SW

Rancher Discovers 'Crop Circles' Near Goldthwaite, Texas

I arrived at our ranch house (a place we do not live) yesterday afternoon. At that time, I was did not notice the circles. I woke this morning and opened my window to find these two circles, one inside of the other. What puzzeled me was that they were perfect circles.

I took pictures from our upstairs window to show the circles. This ranch is out in the middle of no where so I’m not sure how to tell when this happened. I have looked at it all day and can not make sense of it so we decided to report it.

The inner circle is about 30ft in diameter and the outer circle is about 37ft in diameter. The distance between the two circles is about 7 feet. The rings are about 2 feet wide and the dirt just looks sorta chewed up. There are no tread marks on the lines. There are tread marks around in other areas….the roads on our property are dirt.but this is different. There is no entrance or exit; it simply looks like two circles, one inside of the other.

I have no idea what might have caused this. Like I said, we have dirt roads, 4 wheelers and motorcycles, but we couldn’t get circles this perfect if we tried.

This is private property and to my knowledge, no one else has been on my property.
