Ocean Explorer Team Discovers Anomaly on Bottom of Baltic Sea

"The object is partial destroyed. There seems to be a lower entrance level that is divided on the top right. Possible "drive elements" in a center honeycombed structure in-between.

The lower portion is covered with sediment giving the appearance of a dish, or disc shape. It is also possible that this object is a building structure, built during the ice age?"

The Ocean Explorer team conducted between 11/6-19/6 2011 together with Franskabolaget.com a search expedition to find more of the sunken treasures of the Sea of Bothnia (northern Baltic Sea). The treasures consits of alcoholic beverages such as Champagne, Wine and Cognac laying in the holds of small Swedish mechant ships sunken by the germans during the first world war. The most famous wreck so far is with out doubt the small ketch "Jönköping" which was sunken on the 3 November 1916 by the German Uboat U 22 with 3000 bottles of Heidsieck & Co MONOPOLE Gôut Américain champagne from 1907, and 67 barrels of Bisquite & Duboché Cognac, each barrel containing 600 litres in her holds. Some of the champagne bottles has been sold for as much as EUR 20 000 per bottle.

This years first search/salvage expedition was granted with for the season terrible weather which did the search nearly impossible and is a reason why the Ocean Explorer team will continue the search for the "fluid gold" later during this summer.

However, on the 19 June a very strange anomaly was found during a sonar survey of the sea floor. Peter Lindberg, the initiator of the expeditions, says that he has never seen anything like it even if he has spent hundreds of hours watching sonar images of the sea floor, "it's up to the rest of the world to decide what it is" he says. "It is not in our sphere of interest to go for this object since the cost for each hour out on the sea are tremendous" he says, "Since it might be nothing we can not afford spending funds just to have a look at it, even if it might be a "new" Stonehenge standing on the bottom.

Ocean Explorer of course welcomes every approach of interest regarding the strange anomaly.

Daylight Sighting of Unknown Objects Near Las Vegas, Nevada - 6/14/2011

A man reports to MUFON, that he and his wife, along with other guests at the Aria Hotel/Casino pool, had a daylight sighting of two brightly glowing objects.

Report:
On Tuesday, June 14, 2011, my wife and I were at Aria Resort & Casino in Las Vegas on the 2nd day of our 5 day vacation. When in Vegas, our routine is to get to the pool at or around the time they open, which is typically 9:00 am. That day we arrived at the pool, picked our spots, and were in the pool by 9:30. At this time, half of Las Vegas is still asleep, so there were no more than 20 people at this pool at this time.

Weather conditions: Hot (probably high 80’s already, I believe it got up to 103 later that day); not a single cloud in the sky. No wind.

Shortly after dipping in the pool, I noticed a large, unusually shaped white luminous come from over the mountain range to the West/Northwest of the Las Vegas strip (I believe the Spring Mountain Range?). There is not one thing I can think of to describe the shape, except that it was a cluster of some sorts, with a rod coming down from it. My initial skeptical reaction was that it was balloons, but: at that distance, and it’s size, it could not be balloons, and at that point is was easy enough to see detail that it definitely was not balloons. Plus it emitted a bright, glowing light. I was pointing it out to my wife, and other people around us began to notice and talk about it as well. The object got higher in the sky, then started moving south along the mountain range (towards the flight path of McCarren Airport). Then, another object came over the range. This object, was smaller, and appeared to be a single oval shape. It was the same white color, and also emitted the same bright white light.

Over the next hour or so, we watched the objects as they moved to the south/southwest. They were definitely moving in tandem, and sometimes swap positions (left/right), but they always were fairly far apart. It was around 11:00 am when I saw the two lights for the last time. They were quite faint, far & at a high altitude. One was straight to the south, and one was southwest – they were very far apart at this point.

Here are some other notes:

- Right after the second object came into view, the area they were would have been directly in the flight path for departures/arrivals at McCarren Airport. I noticed that during that time period, no planes took off or landed from that direction.
- If possible, can you attain air traffic control recording, chatter from that day? Whatever the objects were, they had to have been talking about it – because the control tower would have had clear view of the objects the whole time.
- Also, there were approximately 10 helicopters the roared overhead (LV strip/Grand Canyon tours) during the time period where the sighting took place. Pilots & tourists had to have seen it.
- Reason for waiting to report after a month: I thought for sure someone else, perhaps an aviation professional would have made a report by now. I’ve been checking this site and others like it daily since this sighting happened hoping to see something but to no avail. I am still disturbed at how blatant these craft were above a major city, one of the busiest airports in the US, and the fact that they came from the general direction of Area 51 & the Nevada Test Site.
- I’d be happy to answer any questions an investigator may have.

Summary:    Large spinning UFO with lights 360 degrees around

Large spinning round UFO craft seen in Tustin California near Jamboree and the 5 freeway on 7/16/11. My wife, I, and numerous witnesses coming out of a store observed the craft descending with "white" lights all around it's circular shape. We viewed it at an angle and then it proceeded northwest towards Anaheim California and was lost in the clouds after approx. 2 minutes of viewing time. The size was amazing. We were in shock and at least 8-10 others witnessed the same event including the parking lot security truck that stopped next to us as we all gazed at the event. I recorded this on my Blackberry cell phone. The craft lights are slightly visible in the beginning 4 seconds of the video right above the last lighted sign/pillar in the parking lot(parking lot lights wash out much of the frame/maybe someone can enhance this better). You will see the craft right above it in the 12 o'clock position.

Pilot Reports Cigar Shaped Object Over Georgia - July 11, 2011

A pilot who is possibly a combat veteran, reported (to MUFON) a daytime sighting of a cigar-shaped object while driving northbound on I-75 approx halfway between Atlanta, Georgia. and Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Report:
On 7/11/11 at 1:16 pm eastern standard time I was driving northbound on I-75 approx halfway between Atlanta, Ga. and Chattanooga, Tn. I observed a white cigar shaped object at an approx altitude of 2,000 ft and a quarter mile in front of my vehicle. I estimate the object to have been approx 100-150 ft long, no markings, windows, wings, vertical stabilizer or any type of trail left behind it. The object was rounded off the same on both ends, not tapered as the nose on an aircraft would be. I am a pilot and very familiar with all types of aircraft. The object traveled from as far as I could see to my right (possibly 10 miles) to as far as I could see to my left (possibly 5 miles) in 3-5 seconds. The object was traveling on a straight trajectory and was going east to west. The speed of this object well exceeded the normal operating speeds of jet aircraft that you normally see in the sky.

There was no haze in the sky so I did get a very good look at the object in the short time I had. My first thought was of U.S. ships launching cruise missiles during the Gulf War. The object looked similar to the cruise missiles as they were cruising over the ground en-route to their targets.

Report:
On July 14, 2011 at 10:00 PM I was in bed when I heard next door neighbor yelling to her father about something in the sky was on fire. Very serious tone in her voice. I got up and went to the back guest room window, looked out but did not see anything. I Could hear the neighbor saying to her father , to the right, look to the right. I then looked to the right still did not see anything.

Kept looking and then saw a large orange oval/orb like object moving from east to west coming towards my position. I could see it through the tree branches, and it eventually was able to be seen in full view. The object was large orange oval/orb like in structure. The color was extremely bright/vibrant. The object moved very slowly, no sound could be heard. I estimate it was about as high as a helicopter would fly, but lower than commercial planes would fly. I remember planes flying at a higher altitude.

The object moved in a northwesterly direction, then stopped. It then reversed direction, and hovered for a few seconds and then headed northward in a slow manner. My vision was then obscured by the trees.I went to get my wife to have her see it as well, but when we both got back, the object was no longer there.

I have never seen anything like this before, it maneuvered unlike any conventional craft I have seen. It was not a hot air balloon or any home made prank, it was real. As I viewed the object, I kept thinking this is strange very unusual, I was a little frightened, but needed to view the object as I probably not see anything like this for the rest of my life. My wife said when I came into the room to get her, that I was all keyed up/emotional. She knew I had seen something strange.

Thinking back after the sighting, I believe what I saw was a UFO. I'm glad I had the opportunity to witness this object. I'm surprised there have been no reports or mention of this occurrence.

I sure would like to know what it was that I saw that evening. All I know is what ever I saw was something not of this world and it was REAL. I saw this in West Texas.

Was there a possible UFO crash near Round Rock, TX in 1977?

A man of 76 years, who now resides in South Texas sent me information about a possible UFO crash that occurred in 1977.

Here is that account that I have pieced together from questioning (exerts from several emails):

In 1977 I lived in a small rent house with my wife and 8 year old son north east of Round Rock, Texas. I'm reasonably sure it was spring of 77...  It was warm and the 20 acres I searched was very muddy.
 
About 10 p.m. one night some fellows drove into our yard and asked if we owned any property near by.... I told them that we did own 20 acres between this location and Round Rock.

They told us that there was a suspected plane crash in the area and would we please check to see if it might be on our property.   Which I immediately did, and there was nothing.

Lots of local people were out driving the back roads and communicating by the then prolific Citizens band radio.  We were told by the radio to go home, quit wasting our time and gas, that nothing was reported missing from Austin's airport, Georgetown airport, or Bergstrom Field south of Austin. 

I don't know where the original 'plane crash' report came from.

Next morning a friend with connections to the local newspaper (a reporter for the Round Rock Leader, a rather typical small town newspaper) went to a large commercial egg producer in the area....  It was cordoned off. He was told to leave by armed military personnel.

There was a bit of local talk... some seemed to believe it was a small military aircraft with some sort of ''secret'' eqpt. on board. 

Later several large military vehicles were seen leaving the property hauling large canvas covered objects. 

There was never any mention of this by any news media. 

I realize that this is yet another 'untraceable' bit of information..  I have since lost touch with the gentleman I mention who was my only contact with the incident.

There didn't seem to be much interest in the event, and apparently on a very few actual witnesses to the trucks that left the scene early the next morning.  I am trying to find the gentleman I mentioned.... he is a difficult fellow to keep track of.  He was not known to be very 'wordy'.  He was a close personal friend.  He and his family were my back fence neighbors for 3 years. 

I was a salvage diver in my youth...  Have always been a treasure hunter (never found anything) and spent over 40 years in the museum profession.  Also, in my younger days I was a pilot and consider myself to be a fair observer.  I have seen one phenomena which was 'not normal'.  A light that passed across the area, then took an abrupt 90 degree turn and streaked away.  My son saw it from a different location as well.

My reason for sending this is only to have it recorded someplace, where it might be referenced with anything else in the same time period, or location.

This is what I can remember: About 7 years old, in a neighbors basement. Home owner comes down the steps, husband right behind her. "When did you come in here?" Questions just kept coming. "How did you get in here?" "Everyone is looking for you!" I look up at basement window. Dark out. Panic! I'm supposed to be home before dark! "Go right home, your mother's very worried!" I never said a word to these people. I just run home as fast as I can. And I'm terrified of the dark! Upon arriving home, I am confronted by my Mom. She is beyond upset. Starts hitting me with a yard stick. Mostly I remember her words: "We've been looking for you for hours!" I was sent straight to bed. A 7 year old little girl, in complete confusion about what had just happened. I don't remember any follow up questions. The events of that evening tucked away in my memory. And life just went on. However, unexplainable experiences and sightings of UFO's continue to this day. Finally needed to get this out. Just telling it now makes me feel shaken inside. I've known they are real since childhood. My question now is "What are their intentions?" You don't need to contact me. Proof dosen't matter anymore. That they have always been in some of our lives is a given. It isn't easy to live with though.
