Summary: glowing oddities in flight
I was vacationing all around Arizona in 2009. We stopped to camp at a secluded place called Ashurst Lake, where I began taking pictures. I didn't see these in the sky when I was snapping pictures, but saw them when I brought my camera home to view photos on my computer. The image is exactly as it was taken, nothing was done to the photograph.

Note: the objects at first appear to be geese, or large birds of some sort but birds do not reflect light in this manner. Also, they would have to be quite large in comparison to the land masses below.
I might also note that geese do not have an exhaust/contrail. I guess sometimes they do but it's made up of fecal material, drops rapidly and is quite annoying. Ask any statue.
So what are the objects in the photo? I would have to say, at least for the moment they remain unidentified.
