There have been a number of reported sightings of UFOs and USOs (Unidentified Submerged Objects), over or in ocean waters. The area of the Atlantic known as the Bermuda Triangle, has been a hotbed for UFO/USO sightings. The number of sightings there and elsewhere, are increasing. Here is but one recently filed report.

I was on a cruise - a few hundred miles from Puerto Rico. I saw it on two or three consecutive nights. The object hovered and rotated in the sky. The lights were flashing as the object slowly changed shape. It was definitely NOT a plane. It was too close to be a satellite and was definitely not the space station. I'm still at a loss for what this was even 2 years later.
